🚨🏡🚨🏡The Greater KC Metro Area Real Estate Market is still going strong amid virus concerns. KCMO Mayor Lucas has confirmed in a recent email that Real Estate is considered an essential service. We are doing business a bit different right now, but we are still doing business. In a letter from KCRAR to Mayor Lucas, KCRAR President Bobbi Howe wrote, “Please be assured that The Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS, recognizing the importance of shelter during these challenging times, has implemented policies for our 11,000 Realtors to limit public exposure during the home buying process, including encouraging video tours, limiting showings to only essential people, and banning open houses. Our REALTOR members are committed to keeping our population safe and playing an integral role in securing shelter for our citizens who need it.”
